Why use us?
Our approach and what makes us different
 We normally
do all the work ourselves, so there is no chance
of being 'sold' the work by the A-Team and finding that the
B-Team turns up to deliver it. We occasionally involve other
experienced people to support us, but only alongside them having
obtained the client's approval for their inclusion.
While delivering
the work, we also take the opportunity to help key management
learn from our experience in order to handle similar challenges
for themselves in the future.
We work hard to coach managers through the processes of change
and we do not seek to score points (or earn unnecessary fees)
by doing what the clients can do perfectly well themselves.
MDs have often observed that members of their team have demonstrated
new skills and insights as a result of working with us.
We aim to provide
outstanding value for money.
We structure assignments to meet the clients' specific needs
and we tailor our remuneration accordingly. As a result our
clients are happy to give us repeat business and recommend us
to others.
We develop
the kind of relationship with our clients that allows them to
call us between assignments for ad-hoc advice or
to be a sounding board in the sure knowledge that they won't
get a bill the next day! |
