Who we are
 'Andy' Andrews and
Roger Shipton are the founding partners of ARA consulting
and have worked as colleagues for almost twenty years.
We bring to any problem
the benefits of over 30 years' experience in senior line HR
roles in industry; our leadership of a major consultancy practice;
knowledge of blue-chip clients; sound balance between theory
and what works best in practice; plus our personal involvement
and commitment to make a difference.
As much of
our work is sensitive and confidential we do not
publish a client list. However, we have worked with international
companies in most sectors including financial services, airlines,
IT, legal, manufacturing and engineering, publishing, consumer
goods and entertainment plus the public sector including hospitals
and government departments. |
