The Leading Edge
Strategy Co Ltd is a niche consultancy, specializing in
creating frameworks for and modelling strategic issues and how
they impact on business operations. They are experts in structuring
and adding value to the knowledge already available in a business
to improve decision making.
Proprietary models and methodologies which TLE
have developed include Globegro ©,
an interactive database and model, which allows clients to estimate
the likely size of any income group across the world under different
growth scenarios, and Business
Monitor ©, which allows clients to identify the
impact of changes in government economic policy, and other factors,
on consumer purchasing behaviour over the annual planning cycle.
Other areas of work relate to clients’ business development
– identifying the opportunities and appropriate modes of
operation in new areas – business skills valuation and
skills improvement programmes. In the last area TLE
have developed the FMH
©, a rapid and cost effective diagnostic tool for
assessing the efficiency and productivity of the finance department,
and defining agendas for performance improvement. |
